The property is located on the west end of Panama City Beach in a residential neighborhood away from the hustle bustle and carnival type atmosphere of the east end. This neighborhood is on a stretch of beach which is dedicated. (NO condos or high-rises in this area) One of the last VINTAGE Florida places to go. Escape to a time when life was simpler.
We have Thomas Doughnuts right around the corner (the best homemade doughnuts you have ever tasted!) and a gourmet grocery 3 blocks away.

Summer (May 19-Sep 07) .. $125/night .. $800/week
Fall and Winter (Sep 08-Feb 29) .. $100/night .. $600/week
3 Night Minimum & 3 Autos Maximum - Holidays are Summer Rates.
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED THRU PAYPAL. Your responsible for $15-$20 fee.Please add $60 exit housekeeping fee and 12% tax to above rates.$200 Damage Deposit/Reservation Fee.
